I have a very hard time eating when I'm really anxious or stressed.
I have a hard time eating too when anxious. Why I'm overweight, who knows. I always keep things around, in a special place where my husband knows it's mine, that are easy to eat for me. I keep Kind protein breafast bars, bananas, apple sauce, some cans of soup, and fizzy water. I also have Gatorade too. Just stuff easy to stomach but not too bad for me and have some nutrients. It's difficult for me to eat those things as well when I'm really anxious, but it's easier than trying to eat a full meal.
I get that way too. But I tell myself that I'm not anxious. I'm excited and I put a little happy spin on it. Just nibble on it a little bit and think of the fun you'll have on this cruise.
Also my favorite things like Canada Dry ginger ale or Spite if your a soda drinker. Crackers and pretzels for nibbles. And they are easy on the tummy.
Yes its an added problem that we just dont need, like the other people I eat nibbles, advocado pear, cheese olives. When realy bad I resort to Fortisip a nuentriant drink. Enjoy your cruise.
