Ketamine vs TMS

Has anyone ever had both TMS AND esketamine (not at the same time) and can you relate which you responded to better? I am currently over halfway through a course of TMS and don't see much improvement.

I had TMS and esketamine. I think that I mostly benefited from having to have treatment 5 days a week for 6 weeks. It got me in the habit of leaving the house. That lasted for a couple of months and then I went back to just staying in.

I never had ketamine but had great success with TMS. Had 3 rounds; the positive results of the first two rounds each lasted about 6 months and the 3rd is still working after 2 years. I've been dealing with health and medical issues and if not for treatment I probably would have spiraled way down by now. With third round it wasn't until towards the end that I started feeling better. Some may not notice a change until the round is over. Hope it's successful for you! (I, too am in my late 60's)

I did approximately eight months of esketamine treatments about 6 months after doing 3 months of TMS. I do not believe that I received any benefit from TMS. For me, the esketamine was a significantly more powerful tool.
