TMS?

Anyone else has done TMS? I’m starting to titrate off but I’m scared that I’m not going to get better. Sure I’ve improved it I’m not anywhere to a place that I can stand. I don’t know what to do. The medication doesn’t work well and if this doesn’t work, well I’m scared to think about. This anxiety and depression has taken over my life. I’m feeling very hopeless & scared.

The TMS continues to work even after your treatment has ended so there is still the possibility of getting better and better afterwards.

I am starting TMS therapy tomorrow. I've been through just about every medication that my doctor feels would work. I'm treatment resistant. I'm hoping the TMS treatments will get me to normal. How far along are you, and are you noticing anything yet?

Im just starting to titrate off of daily treatments. People around me noticed changes before I did. I’d say it took a solid 2 weeks before things started to change for me.

I've done 6 out of 36 treatments so far, and I'm beginning to get some relief at times from the constant anxiety. I hope you are as well. I'm looking forward to when I get to 10 or 15. Hope you are getting better :)

How many treatments did you receive so far? Received the first one today - it sure is different. I hope you will be feeling increasingly better. If people around you are noticing a difference, hopefully you will soon as well :) I would like to encourage you to read 1 Peter 5:7 as well :)

My last treatment is actually tomorrow (#36). It took a good bit of time before I noticed anything but others around me saw the changes first. I am feeling much better regarding the depression but still struggle a bit with anxiety & to my dismay had to go back on anxiety meds

I loved TMS! after 3 weeks I stopped having suicidal thoughts and by the end of 5 i was operating on almost normal. Unfortunately for me the effects didn't last long about 3 months. We are trying to get maintenance treatment approved through insurance, but its a process. while i wait my depression just keeps getting stronger and stronger. :( not sure whats going to happen if we can't get it covered. it is literally the only thing that has worked for me.

I’m worried that it won’t last. I feel like I’m tiptoeing around on unsteady ground, unsure if I’m really better, not trusting that it won’t come roaring back. I hope that you can continue treatments, I hate those darn insurance companies!
