Flashback woke me up..

I woke up crying and shaking. I had a dream about what I went through when pregnant before losing tha baby...i was raped by an older man and it led up to me losing him. And then they all started to flood. The day I lost him and everything. It felt too real, like it was happening all over again😭💔

oh my . I’m sorry you had to go through that! So unfair! Post traumatic stress disorder is scary. I have it too from being in a Horrible abusive relationship. Now everything scares me easily. I hope you find healing within yourself ❤️ It took me a while to do so. But Things will get better and I pray you heal Quickly 🫶🏽
