Woke up and now can't go back to sleep

One thing i dislike about my anxiety it wakes me up at 1, 2, or 3 in the morning. Yup it's 3:29 am and I'm awake. Then my mind starts running 100 miles per hour and it just doesn't stop. I do have nights that I stay asleep till my alarm goes off the next day but I guess tonight it's a sleepless night. 😢😢😢 I just want sleep.

Hi, Espinoza. I can't sleep either. I have insomnia and I think a lot like you do. I hope you can get back to sleep. When I was working and I couldn't sleep, I felt like a zombie. I hope you will get through your day.

It's nice to find Friends Who understand the things you are going through. I'm alone where I live. I don't have friends or family nearby.

I'm glad to find friends here. It gets really lonely when you have anxiety and depression

It does. I have friends and family nearby but I know they are tired of my overreacting to everyrhing. I hate when I get no sleep it makes my day so worse. This is something I really dislike. Once I'm up I stay up. But hey I'm here if u need to vent or just talk. Insomnia must really suck. So do you ever get good nights?

Thanks, Espinoza. I do have nights where I am okay. Lately, I'm just anxious because I have to go back into the workforce. I have to make a deadline and I am not motivated.

It's good to vent here. I find the people who are close to you get tired and judgmental. They don't always know how to help. I know that you experienced anxiety and depression so you have found things that are helpful to you.

Even though we might not be professional s I relate to you because I know you understand . I know that you are a strong woman and I respect you for raising 4 children.

I just hope to learn from other people .

Thanks for listening . You can always talk to me too. i just try to give suggestions and possible solutions .

I was taking Zoloft but I had to wean off because I lost insurance moving to a new state and quitting my job. It helped with panic attacks. But now I am trying to go to the gym and use natural remedies like supplements .

Zoloft was helpful because I had a bad work situation . But now I am away From toxic work environment .i was working with a psychopath lady who bullied me. She worked as an instructional assistant for me and she was undermining my authority . I'm a special Ed teacher and work with children with Autism .

I'm pretty nice and sensitive and people take advantage or think of me as weak.

I have to look for a new job but my anxiety makes it difficult .

I might go back to meds once I get insurance .t for now supplements are the only thing I can get without a prescription .

Since I am not working insomnia does not interfere. Hopefully I will get better by the time I start working.

Wow I have a coworker like that. Everytime a new medical assistant started with us her whole deminir would change. She would just hate all of us and keep in mind i worked with this woman for 2 years already. She stressed me out so bad that my anxieties and blood pressure went thru the roof. Now that it's just us 2 the doctor and the office manager she is calm and happy. I've considered quitting but the doctor I work for has helped me alot and the office manager. So I stay.

What kind of supplements do you take?

Fun fact, 3AM is called the woman's hour because more women wake up at that time.
