Seniors

Yesterday, when I was here, I noticed a number of seniors posting about having a hard time living alone.

I, too, am considered to be a senior. I was poking about the internet last week and I came across a resource for seniors that I would like to share here. Its free, mainly videos, some Zoom meetings.

myhealthangel.com

The way I see it, the more resources a person has available to them, the better off they can be.

Well this is a new experience for me too, but its nothing new it feels at this age and just makes one unable to function its like a fluttering, fleeting with all the pins and goosebumps with colic irritation. This seems to be once again a child like not knowing what one wants.
