Hi catmeow1992 I notice this is your 2nd post but you didn't respond to any replies on your first?
Did you see them? Were they of any help? Not having a go but just curious why you didn't respond at all.
Hello cat meow im sorry you are suffering with anxiety there are several way to deal with it have you tried relaxation on a regular basis try looking up glenn harold i would recommend him i use it to relax my self to help my self or on the other hand go to your doctor and ask for help god bless
I just keep going is what I’m doing as I make sure to breathe.
I’m sorry to hear about your panic attacks, I do a lot of deep breathing , I tell my brain I’m ok and going to be ok, as the brain will react to your panic, if you keep telling yourself I feel panicky and anxious the brain will believe this so do the opposite and say “im ok , im safe , i will be fine , im not having or going to have a panick stack, im absolutely fine, go away you silly panic attack or anything like this etc, it prob sounds a bit strange but tbh it works for me all the time, the brain is amazing it will pick up on anything negative and make you believe it so let it pick up on your positive vibes too. I also do meditation , walking , colouring , doodling , these all work me, . I hope you start feeling better soon 😊
Try reading about some grounding exercises. I hope you feel bettter soon. 🙂
Ok I know how this may sound really dumb but when you're having a panic attack. First go to where you feel comfortable. Ifs your bedroom, do that. The next thing you do is try to remember this "Anxiety is just a lie. You are not going to die. You are going to be fine. You know this brain because you lived through the other panic attacks. " Which is true. You are still here despite those panic attacks. Then tell your anxiety to go ahead do it's worse. Just ride it out. If you cry, shake, sweat or whatever you do while having a panic attack. Just roll with it. That's how your body resets it self. Yeah, it sucks. The sensations are uncomfortable AF. But you will get through this. After you get through your panic attack, do something that engages your full attention. To help take away the fear of having a panic attack.
