Yes! As someone who’s prone to ruminating this is a challenge for me.
It's hard to control your taughts but doable. The best option is to keep your mind engaged with something meaningful if your body allows you.

Sunsetlover19, we must absolutely challenge our negative thoughts before it has
started to grow. I ask myself this question, Does worrying, crying and fearing the
unknown, help my situation?? NO?? Then I kick it to the curb and go on with my
life. I cannot control the unknown but by keeping a positive perspective of the situation,
I can be ready for anything that may come along eventually. Great Post xx
