Hi everyone. I’m new to this site and this is my first post. I have a question. I’ve been diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. I have not felt well since February. My symptoms go up and down. Some days are good, others not. I have had many symptoms over the past 4 months I.e. headaches, nausea, sweating, heart flutters and vertigo. Do others have symptoms like these on almost a daily occurrence? I’m on 150 mg of Sertraline. I really don’t want to go higher. Just wondered if others are experiencing what I am. So tired of it.

Welcome to the community.
My anxiety always presents with nausea and a lightheaded feeling. I lived like this for years.
Medication is a key part of my tool box. I know it's hard to juggle dosages and start new meds but I used to remind myself that I needed to do what had to be done to feel better.

Hi and welcome!! I've been dealing with anxiety for decades, sometimes it's calm other times, like lately not so much. There have been times I didn't need meds for it. Mine presents with dizziness and lightheadedness and a general feeling of being off balance. I am presently on Buspar and Ativan. The Ativan is prn. As you know anxiety has got to be one of the worst feelings. I totally understand what you're going through. My first panic attack was back in in 7th grade. I am presently in my late 60's. If you've been on the same dose of meds for a while and it's not helping, speak to your doctor.
