Does anyone else experience symptoms of anxiety? If so what symptoms do you have most problems with please?

Well as of lately

-Trouble breathing (guessing its just anxiety but getting checked by doctor)

- dizziness

- lump in throat

What about you?

Éxact same as you.. Breathing the worst.. How do you be at night time

Upset stomach all the time dizziness head feels as if im wearing a headband, my muscles feel weak and tight, bones and joints are sore, lump in throat my airways feel blocked 😑😑 anxiety is NOT the nicest thing to go through!!!

I was diagnosed with acute anxiety today. I'm having shortness of breathe and numbness in my hands.

Insomnia, shaking, feeling on edge, sweating, feeling of losing control. Had it on and off for 3 years now. Zoloft has helped me overcome each time although I’m on high dose now and experience break through episodes..such a debilitating condition but there are things you can do to help!

I'm not really keen on taking medication, as I don't want to have to rely on it.
