scared I’m sick

I have felt fine all morning and afternoon. I actually still feel somewhat fine. Sorry if this is tmi. My stomach has been making weird grumbling and gurgling noises. I don’t feel like I’m going to throw up but I have had to use the bathroom. I’m just so terrified this means I have a stomach bug or that I’m going to throw up. Again, I pretty much feel fine. I’ve just never had gurgling like this before.

I did have a large Starbucks coffee earlier so maybe that did it. I’m used to drinking coffee so idk

Daisy, try not to stress about these normal sounds and sensations in the stomach/abdomen.

When we are anxious, we tend to swallow more air which could account for that rumbling,

gurgling sound. Certain foods or drinks can also produce these feelings. Have you eaten

today? Stomach may be saying "Feed Me". Even dry crackers and tea might help.

I had a protein bar this morning and I had a slice of pizza. After the pizza it got rumbly. I took a nap and now we’re on our way to a winery for a graduation party. I feel better but I’m anxious it means I’ll throw up.

Maybe the wine will settle your nervous stomach. I hope you try to enjoy

I had a glass of wine and felt okay but now we’re getting ready to have dinner and I’m anxious about getting sick and feeling like I did earlier.

I think there’s other things going on too that may be making me feel this way. Tomorrow is my friends birthday. She passed in December and it’s emotional

Very much so in that you have a lot going on physically and emotionally.

I'm sorry for your friend's passing. We all have different symptoms when

stressed out. Some get headaches, you happen to be more sensitive in your

stomach. Eat slowly and select the foods that you can tolerate. Maybe a

cup of hot tea along with your meal. If you want a cold drink then Ginger Ale

may help. :) xx
