{This question is directed more towards the people who are somewhat or completely dependent still and have the luxury to still have food and a roof over their heads without working.}
I've heard that working a job, even if just part-time, is great for anxiety because it builds confidence and gives a place to practice coping with anxiety and managing the symptoms, but man. Personally, after working for a few months I just cannot muster up the strength to go back to work if I don't have to. I'm not financially motivated at all and truly value the simple things in life like journalling, coloring, listening to music, and just playing outside with my dog.
I've always struggled with jobs because although I am a hard worker, I get overwhelmed and in my head after a while and can't do it anymore.
How am I ever supposed to be motivated to work when I really have no drive to be there?
