anxiety bipolar?

there will be times I will feel good like a month to 3 months where everything is normal for me. Then I will get hit out of nowhere being sluggish, depressed some, anxiety kicks in, irritable,body kinda sore. This will last for a few days to a week or 2 and then it diminishes. I’m being psychologically tested at the moment to get a definite diagnosis. Just been told I have GAD and MDD by doctors in the past and been on Prozac 40mg for it. My question is can a bipolar disorder bring up GAD and OCD symptoms as well?

Have you been diagnosed with Biploar?

I believe I have read there is a tendency toward OCD and anxiety with bipolar. Your Dr would be the one to confirm this for you.

In the process of getting a confirmed diagnosis of my mental health status. Consist of 2 days (2 hours each day) of psychiatric tests. I will look at the ocd site, thanks

I don't have that diagnosis. I wish I could be of more help to you.

Someone else may come along in here with a response but it will be good to check out the OCD site as well
