free depression support group (zoom)

hey guys! i wanted to let you know that there’s a free live support group called Live Well. The group has people of all ages from all over the world but mostly from the USA. It’s really structured and a great way to get support in real time. They have classes every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! hahaha thanks for your response! it’s been a great help to me so far. there’s a meeting tomorrow at 8pm that im hoping to go to!

it’s honestly been really helpful for me. it’s great because they have peer facilitators who structure the meeting with prompts for people to reflect on
