If you would like to talk with a person, check out local mental health healthlines. They usually have toll free number.

A Google search can throw up some excellent mental health resources for young people under 25.

Joining a club or group is a way of meeting new people. The hardest thing about doing new things is taking the first steps.

I totally feel ya, I dont have alot of friends myself, but I do have alot of online people I can go to. Just get into groups online and on facebook and such you will find many people to chat or even talk to thru online sites. Btw, Granola, I like the chatGPT idea, ive never tried it but I agree it could help.
