I have my board exam coming up and I have studied as much as possible with 2 part-time jobs. I have put in 8-9 hour days staying whenever possible. I have learned a lot. However, I still managed to score below average for the test companies' practice exams. I read a few times only that this has happened to several people and they still pass. I also have extremely low self-esteem. More than I even realized. I keep thinking I'm dumb, can't succeed, etc. I know I have given my absolute best for this and need to be positive but it's so hard when my chest feels heavy. That my breathing is tight. I'm exhausted and just want to do nothing for a few hours and sleep. I did a sleep study recently and in the notes, it stated that I have arrhythmia so I know what I am feeling physically is real. I have been listening to mindfulness videos and manifestation videos for exams. I even scripted that I would pass. I just need some advice and kind words. I know it's not the end of the world if I don't pass. I can always take it again (even though the thought of studying again makes me want to pass out). I have my diploma already... so I'm extremely close. Any words of kindness or tips for my stress would be appreciated.

Take it easy! I always try to think I’m going to do what I can in the time I have. That’s all you have control over. Leave the rest to fate. You’ll do well, I believe in you. And like you said if it doesn’t happen this time, I also believe you’ll brush it off and try harder next time. All the best!
I will pray that all goes well for your exam! Don't listen to the negativity inside of you. When your brain tells you, "You are dumb!" say "I am smart and can do this!" Picture yourself *succeeding* at your exam. It sounds like you have worked hard to pass it. Do your best, then let the exam go. Let us know what happens!

What works for me a lot of times does the visualize a place that has been special to me in my life. Whether it’s a mountain or river or stream.
For me it’s a wave or two that I took while body surfing in Hawaii my 20s I try to visualize, taking off on that large wave pand making it to the bottom ,thankfully and continue to ride it till it was finished out many yards later .
totally exhilarating! I used to say it was an next best thing to an orgasm
helps me every time.
Much love.

You are not dumb and you can succeed. Some are better test takers than others. Meanwhile, give yourself a break from studying until the test comes around again. Get your rest between jobs so you're not exhausted. As my therapist tells me, nurture yourself; be kind to yourself.
