I know it might not sound like much, but I managed to eat a few bites of Mac and cheese again after awhile of avoiding it .. I'm slowly just tackling things head on. I chewed up to where I was comfortable enough, and just swallowed then took a drink... I'd say I'm proud of myself at the moment π. I'm taking it slow getting used to stuff again, as my body isn't used to much things anymore and I'm not sure how it'll react. So I just eat a small few bites, then wait a bit to see how I do
Just wanted that off my chest π

Well done, you are doing great. You are tackling your eating disorder which is a very good starting point. Build up to it slowly but do keep going please.
Think of your body like a car - it needs fuel to run efficiently otherwise it will stall and eventually seize up. Fuel for your body.
Imagine there are little men (or women) in your gut saying please and thank you every time you feed them, otherwise you will be putting them out of work and you don't want that do you! Lol
When my emetophobia got severe, I would only eat soda crackers and Monterey jack cheese bites. Little by little I started consuming other foods and now I'm doing great. You will too, in your own time. xx
I eat rits peanut butter crackers,Oreos, mashed potatoes and puddings right now. And slowly beginning other things again. Like eggs and Mac and cheese. I'm slowly pushing to try stuff again. I need to get better. Do you have any tips??
Tips are scarce as I had a super hard time myself with it, but if you can get yourself a good quality multi vitamin, especially with vitamin B's in it, may very well help you too. xx
