I genuinely ask, how? How can you actually like this after so many years of hating it? I truly want the help.

I found a better life after I fought the battle. I feel at peace, I know myself better, I'm strong enough to speak up for myself, I can set boundaries and I know my self worth

I wasn't stressed out as much . I learned to managed my ptsd.

I live in a world that's calmer now, less stress

I see. It seems like a lot of different events can make a person disinterested in living. The question is if they're all manageable? Or are some just a constant that you either have to live with in pain or choose not to.

I will always have mental health issues. I've learned to manage things in my life better. My thought process and my priorities are different.

I think the only way to change how we feel is to change the way we think. What we believe at any time probably has advantages, else we never would have come to think that way. Our anxiety and depression also serve us in a way.
