hi everyone, i just want some advice on how to stop the scary and spiraling thoughts. i have anxiety so bad. my legs and my hands shake so much. i have scary thoughts about having different mental illnesses & i will try to convince myself i do. even though i know i don’t. it feels so scary & real when i think of it. please help

I’ve experienced the symptoms of anxiety that you described. I have found guided meditation on YouTube or Calm helps me refocus. Deep breathing, I take a deep inhale for a count of four, hold a count of four and exhale a count of four. I repeat for a total of four times. I hope this helps you as well.
