There's this article I read that really helped me understand what the unwanted negative/scary thoughts are that my anxious brain keeps obsessing over and I thought I'd share it with you guys! Hopefully it'll help y'all out too in understanding them and how to tame them.

Bought their book. I know it is these stupid thoughts...just have to buckle down and learn amd train the brain...no easy task though.
