Yes I'm suffering from MDD with anhedonia for decades now. I can relate to your problem and complaints.
Hi, It just means not being able to take pleasure in anything. Which of course you wouldn't because you are Depressed! It comes with depression, why do Drs have to add labels to everything. When you are well again you will find pleasure in life again.
