Trying to come to terms with it

Hi All New here

I have been struggling the last two days with vicious anxiety and panic i just woke up with it two days ago no reason at all, dr said maybe too much caffeine the day before no idea, but this seems to happen every month or two like something in my head while sleeping decides it throw me a wrench when i wake up and usually takes two or three days to settle with a bunch of ativans anyone else have this and any suggestions🐈

Hi Benny12345

You've been prescribed Ativan so I'm assuming you have a diagnosis.

Do you think it's caffeine? Sometimes that seems to be the blame for everything.

Gad is my diagnosis and on prozac 55 mg one day to 60 mg when ready

i have ativans just hope it goes away as quick as it came

Are you in therapy also?

Something must be triggering it. I hope you can figure this out.

I understand how you feel. It's horrible to live with. I hope it settles quickly

I also have random anxiety. I haven't been able to figure out a pattern, but I am writing everything down now- how many hours of sleep I get, quality of sleep, medications taken and when, stressful events in life, the weather, when I exercise, meditate, etc. This may help you, too.
