just like to share some inspiration Glimmers are small moments that evoke a sense of ease and joy within us.

Basically, they are the opposite of triggers.

Glimmers help cue our nervous system to feel safe or calm.

The warmth of the sun, a child's laughter, a soulful song - glimmers are all about noticing little moments of goodness, finding joy in the ordinary, and being more present.

They can help you to move your body out of the fight or flight states, caused due to internal or external stimuli.

Even for a quick moment, you feel like everything is perfectly okay.

The more you actively seek out glimmers in your everyday life, the easier it becomes to embrace positive thoughts and shift your perspective.

This is so true. I am trying to get better at doing this and being in the moment. I have even tried to focus on these "glimmers" in the midst of discomfort or anxious moments. Sometimes I have succeeded.

This is a welcomed comment. Thank you!!!!!
