Kimbo1409 I am saddened to hear of your loss. Are you able to attend any in person support groups? You might look up a local hospice organization to get referred to a grief support group. That might be a good start if you are not able to go to therapy. Also, please feel free to post anything you are comfortable with. You should get many replies from this community. I am holding you in the light. Sending peace. 🙏🙏🙏

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. There are free bereavement groups in various communities. After my mom died from pancreatic cancer, I went to a bereavement group at a cancer support community. Within that community, there were social work interns who provided therapy. Please check out a bereavement group and see if they provide those services as well.

Hi Kimbo1049,I am deeply sorry for the loss of your life partner under those circumstances.

I am not able to give you the big hug you need in person so I am sending it through the forum tonight 🤗 from my 💜 in Australia to yours.

Sorry to hear my condolences with the sad news hope that you and family find the courage and strength to rise above and with friends and family you can find the support with therapy advise

Sorry to hear of your loss. Yes hospice do have support groups. They are great. My fiance had a massive heart attack in front of me. I did CPR but couldn't save him. For a long time I felt I was at fault because I couldn't save him. I was trained to do CPR in my job . I must have not done something right. I have made peace with this by attending a support group. To lose someone this way is very difficult. Your children would probably benefit from a support group. I wish well
