Why feeling anxious when talking to crush or bf

I am in a long distance and we spent only 2 monts together.. its been a year now.. but whenever I talk to him about something serious my heart beat gets faster and different thoughts started to come like what will he thinks what will he say how will he reacts and all this makes me anxious I didnt tell him all this because its difficult to explain specially in long distance.. I think I am also scared of future.. he is a good guy but I m suffering from anxiety and when I get anxious over this I lost control doing small task becomes difficult. I know its all because I have anxiety and it took over.. I m trying to control it but hard to manage it sometimes.

hi anxiety is hard to manage sometimes you’re right. Remember that he likes you for you and that’s why he’s talking with you and not someone else. I don’t know if that helps at all. If you get feeling comfortable enough with him you could share about your anxiety. 😬 and hope he understands.
