I moved Home from out of state a few months back. I was in a bad relationship and wasn’t happy so came home to move in with my parents transitions are really tough for me. I want so badly to seek mental health support, but my ADHD and anxiety always get in the way I feel I am so unorganized. I’m behind on. Bookkeeping that will never happen like I don’t have insurance and I’m confused about the whole process. I feel like I will never get help
