I’ve suffered from social anxiety most of my life but recently have had a few panic attacks. I just turned 60 and all of a sudden terrified of death and end of life. I suffer from IBS and have pain many nights and insomnia . I haven’t found anti depressants to be that helpful. Just trying to maintain hope and connect with people.

Welcome and I know where you're coming from.
Ask your doctor about Trazodone. It's not habit forming. My IBS wakes me up every morning, but at least I'm able to get 6 hours of sleep.
