My anxiety is always in my stomach and im in my head all day with this anxiety. Im exhausted and drained. Any advice?

Can I suggest you check in with the organisation ADAA. This group of people provide advice and support for people with depression anxiety in USA.Check out self-care for anxiety as a Google search. You will be amazed what you can do for yourself. Of course if anxiety impacts your health and wellbeing, you can benefit by talking to a therapist.

There is a book called "Don't Call Me a Snowflake" which I recommend for getting a handle on mental health and asking for help.
