I have been looking around some on YouTube on the advice of some of y’all and found something that’s helping with my anxiety or rather thought distortions that lead to anxiety/panic attacks.
it’s about a 30 min affirmation video by The Anxiety Guy ( from what I understand he used to be a part of this forum 😊). I don’t always listen to it in a meditative state but will put this on if my mind is anxious or really if I’m just doing housework and want to listen to it. I figure my subconscious will pick up on the good affirmations I’m hearing even if I don’t hear every single one.
And I listen to it or others for my new bedtime routine ❤️

Just trying new things and maybe learn something this go around with panic attacks and anxiety. I think I was lead to be where I am to fix some things in my life I’ve been avoiding and to cultivate a better inner self for myself.
Thanks for always being around Agora1 ❤️ Makes me feel a lot less lonely 😊
You've got this, Ms kitty!! Isn't self awareness a cool revelation? It allows us to look at ourselves objectively instead of judgementally so that we can actually make meaningful alterations to our habits instead of letting our conditions run our lives for us.
Getting back in the driver's seat 💺 is a tricky balancing ⚖️ game. I've just started getting comfortable with this sloooow transition, too.
Dennis Simsek was a HUGE factor in getting me to move forward with my healing. Sounds like you're heading in the same direction 😉
