I'm grateful for the quite day at the office... I've been very panicky these past few weeks (wow time flies even if you aren't having fun), so trying to be okay with the nothingness right now. Been practicing mediation daily for the past 4/5 days, my goal is to do it more often.

One white and one black swan on a river and gulls flying.

I've never seen a black swan. You open my world with the photos you post.

Now ... I need you little narrative on these two swans. Do they mate? Are they from related " pods" as a 🐬would say?

Hi Dolphin.No black swans do not mate with white ones which are a different species. In general however swans mate for life.

This black swan made me smile as there was a man feeding the swans and although the black swan did not take any of the bread it spent alot of time chasing off the white swans which were trying to feed. It puffed it's feathers up and arched it's neck and swam at them.

I'm becoming more acceptant of people taking their own issues out on others . But once they shoot a verbal dagger it opens wounds that I've been working hard to close.

It will be ok. Key is to stay away and remember there is nothing wrong with me. Meditation is the key to my serenity.
