Zyn pouches

my lastest foible is that I am addicted to Zyns. They are nicotine pouches from refined tobacco leaves. I am concerned about getting cancer and having bad dental health. Any ideas on how I can quit quickly?

don’t know what zyn pouches are.

do you really want to stop? you have to be 10 on a scale of 1-5. forever. done for good never going back. serious. If so then maybe you can just stop. get rid of all of your zyn all of your lighters ashtrays or whatever it is zyn is like. all of it get rid of it. clean your car out and wherever you smoked, eliminate all of traces of it. stay away from anyone that smokes don’t watch anything with smoking in it.

Listerine tongue patches one after the other. take a toothbrush and cinnamon toothpaste everywhere brush all day. bathrooms in the restaurant bathrooms in the movie theatre. keep brushing.

3-7 days the sheer addiction will go away 30 days you should start to feel like you are ok not needing to smoke. the rest is how strong your will is. 10 on a scale of 1-5.

How many nicotine pouches do you use? maybe you need to reduce the strength? for example, these Zyn nicocharge.com/product/zyn-... are very light. Switch to light pouches and use no more than 5 per day?
