I am grateful for the restful sleep I got last night

I am grateful for all of you who have been helping me through a rough patch

I am grateful I realized I need to slow down.

I am grateful for the Creator and nature

I am grateful for positive thoughts

I am great full for feelings of peace and joy

oh yes true…I love the smell of it I have a ton of lemon balm too. I use them both to make tea.

Me Too!... you should google lemon balm...it's the bomb for sure... it's great for cold sores, mouth ulcers, and cold symptoms in general....tea made from dried lemon balm and Manuka honey is an incredible herbal for what ails ya....

They are now using Manuka honey to heal wounds highly susceptible to infection on people and animals. I've been using in for decades to help do the same.

Amazing stuff! Thanks for that info. I just learned that lemon balm helps the effectiveness of GABA which helps with anxiety.

I'm grateful that we don't have to suffer alone.

I still feel bad but I'm able to smile laugh and interact with people. I think I'm getting better at functioning. I've attended a couple of support groups and talked to people who get it and it helps.

Starr, glad you got some rest and are hopefully feeling better. Yes, slow down and take some you-time. 3 day weekend should help. I’m staying home as traffic is so bad here on Memorial weekend and beaches are overrun with tourists. Maybe a bbq but otherwise just R&R. Do you have any plans?

Good idea I have been taking me time- I locked myself in the bedroom and tried on clothes to pack for my upcoming trip. I’m going to VA beach/skate park for an event on June 2-4 And I’m about to go out to exercise in nature. I am feeling really good. BBQ sounds fun. R&R the BEST!

One of my fav songs is in French called Slow Dance by Trio. Movies calm me too. Your son daughter and grandkids- hold onto the feeling of love between you…love is our protector.

What kind of job? I’m a little anxious too so trying to give those anxiety provoking thoughts less attention. I’m getting a lot done today. I think it’s about time for me to chill out for the night.

Work with adults who have development disabilities. My anxiety has lessened which I am thankful for . Glad you got a lot done. Shift over at 9 and then I plan to relax as well

A little spin on my usual three: I'm grateful to feel such a keen love for my fabulously-flawed life, for my cat's resplendent spirit, and for everything poetry gives me (including a new poem 😺).

Expanding on that last one, I'm grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness given to me here in response to my poem. This community is really something special. 🙏
