Now she doesn't give a damn about me. I try to text dad i miss her and to return her but he doesn't care. I raised my sister, this baby ruined our family and she spends more time with it.

have you asked your sister why she’s there? It may have nothing to do with her love for you. It may be all the chaos at your house. And she needs a break.

As always, CLB1125 has gotten to the heart of the matter. It is hard to talk to teens, but keep trying. The painful truth about raising a child or a sibling is that, if we've done a good job, that child will be an independent thinker. You have done this for your sister.

I will tell you again that the toddler is not at fault. It is an innocent being thrown into the chaos of your family. You of all people should know how much lasting damage rejection will cause that child. I tell you this, even though I know you don't want to hear it, because I also know that you want to be a better person than your parents and that you are capable of extending more compassion to others than they seem to be. Piut the blame where it belongs: on the adults.
