Guilt

I have had a huge of guilt & shame about past mistakes today. It’s so exhausting & hard to forgive myself & move forward. I feel so worthless & undeserving of happiness & good emotions & experiences.

we are our own worst enemy! If only we could go back and do it over …I keep telling myself I am enough. You are enough! It’s our mental illness that keeps bringing up our past and making us relive it over and over again.
