Intrusive feelings

Really hard to deal with the shadow side and experience emotions and thoughts that are not you! They just aren't you!!! But they can be a motivating factor to go towards the thing you might be afraid to look at directly and the shadow side is just trying to get your attention in order to go to something new and surprisingly probably beautiful. This evening has been hard for me because hope has felt out of reach for me but im gonna still cling to it even if it doesn't feel in reach right now. If your having a hard time learning who you are and trying to gain clarity in a storm I'm with you big time. Super big time. Wish everyone healing and transformation. We are gonna do it. One day at a time on this art project/house project we call the human being. One love brave and hurt warrior. I see you and kore importantly i believe in your healing no matter what is in your way, you got this!
