I have this problem of overthinking since 2018. I was only 14 yo back then. I used to watch adult content from 14 to 19. I think this is the cause of my overthinking and anxiety. Currently 19 and undergoing recovery from both adult content and anxiety. Please tell how you'all manage anxiety and overthinking and rumination?

Get off the rumination by doing & focusing on a new task- drawing, painting, cleaning, washing your hands or hair or dishes, gardening, putting in music, etc….
Ok., I know you have heard others say this... Meditation. Which takes practice. And more importantly. Stopping to take deep long breaths helps break your focus and can relax you. I spent a bunch of money on a type of therapy a while back and JUST BREATH! was what I came away with.
