overthinking
Currently I am experiencing shortness of breath as I am writing this message. It comes on at random points in the day. At the peak of my attacks, I get heart palpitations, chest feels heavy, nausea, loss of appetite, insomnia, and my mind goes 10000 miles per hour, all of my thoughts going to the worst case scenario. Even when I feel my body at rest and I'm not worrying and I think everything is fine, suddenly I get shortness of breath. Physical symptoms very common in anxiety. When this happens it's important to acknowledge them, then remind yourself that you are experiencing anxiety and it will get better. Hope this helps!
thankyou it did help. i just dont know what is my anxiety and what is just me overthinking because when im overthinking i dont often get the physical anxiety.
I often come on here when I feel anxious too. I Hope that it passes quickly and doesnt affect the rest of your day
I totally understand. Mine seems to be worse in the morning, like right now. My heart races and I feel like I am viewing my list of mistakes with a magnifying glass. My mind races from one event to another. And like you, it's so random. I wasn't thinking of anything!!! That is until my heart started racing. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I try deep breathing, moving and at times just ride the wave, but I hate it .
