clomioramine

just started clomipramine again day 5 and having awful side effects….anyone else taken this and things improved? How long did it take? Feel like giving up on life 😭❤️

Hi, I have taken many times and it is an excellent med but….. a bit difficult getting on and off. In both cases go low and slow - like 10mg for a week then 25 for a week, 50 for a week until you get to the correct dose. It takes 6-10 weeks to have full effect so stick with it! I used for panic disorder and it has always completely blocked panic attacks but as I say it is slow to reach full effect. In my opinion far superior to SSRI’s. Good luck

What side effects did you get? I’ve been on a week and I have awful agitation and constant twitching in my legs cannot stop pacing all day and I wasn’t like that before. Need the loo all the time. Anxiety has increased immensely and I cannot stop shaking nor can I sleep. I’m so desperate to get better 😭
