Today was the day that I needed to get my 6 monthly blood tests done and to get my results from the previous tests.

Congratulations on a rewarding day! It's so nice to have something positive to celebrate, even if it's a small victory. Keeping your numbers in line is great news 🗞️😁 I'm so glad you're getting the help you need for both your physical and mental health. They definitely go hand in hand! I'll attest to that fact any day.

Keep up the amazing work...and The Daily Pooch Post🐶😉

I’m glad to hear it! Great job shifting from being in bed to making today so positive. all the best to you incognito!
