How would we identify each other. By color, as the picture suggests? I’d like my energy to be lavender, but I imagine a lot of people would like lavender. Or would it even be necessary to have ordinary senses. We could just feel who a person is. But what would be our purpose if we were pure energy.. can that be humanity’s future that we no longer need our bodies. This is the stuff of a good science fiction story. Yup, I’ve thought about it and my conclusion is …nope, I don’t think so. I’d sorely miss a good shopping trip or a visit to my hair salon. But then if I was created from “birth” as just energy, I wouldn’t be aware of any other type of existence unless the energy carried memory of a long lost civilization. Would some of us yearn for that past that we could never go back to.

We are consciousness , we come into the world to experience the physical and more, in my view.

Yes, we are conscious in the form of humans, but in the form of pure energy….we don’t really know what that would be like. We can only imagine with a touch of science thrown in.

I appreciate your post. It was good to use my brain so early in the morning for something else than ruminating…..the wee hours can be tough to get through sometimes.
