whoever lives where the sun is shining, please send some my way. There is nothing but dark, dreary skies where I live. Not good for the mental health!

where is the sun
None here in Virginia to send. It's been gloomy here for a few days now and more days ahead.

This might help though, it's quadruplet babies laughing. I logged in just to share it but came to your post first. Hope they bring you a bit of sunshine. 🌞
This didn’t open for me, but I bet it is funny! Thank you. It’s been gloomy in Michigan for I don’t know how long now. And we got a bunch of snow last night too. I hate the cold , but after 56 years, I can’t seem to get out of this state!😩
Awe that stinks, might be your security settings. I wasn't sure if people would even look at the video since it's a link. But if you want to see it, just search on YouTube for quadruplets laughing and it'll come up. That's how I found it. It instantly made me feel better.
I feel the same way about Virginia.I got outta here once and ended up back here again UGH. I'll take your snow, we hardly ever get snow here.
🌞
It opened now and it did put a smile on my face. Thank you
YAAAAY 😀😃😄😁😆😅🤣 I can't help but crack up when I hear it see babies laughing. It's the best sound to me.
It is quite funny!
Here's a little sun as it's going down.
Is it warm too? Thank you for the photo🙂
Sending you buckets of sunshine from Oz, 38 degrees the other day.🥵
Thank you🙂! 38 degrees? Brrrrrrr
Hi, it’s like that most of the time here in the UK at the moment too ☹️ roll on Springtime 👍
same here. only weather where I am is either complete overcast or rain/snow. very dark and depressing 😔
I'll send you the sun.....but you also get the 25 degrees that comes with it.....I hate this time of year
No just cold, wet and miserable as usual here, no White Christmas set for here in Northern Ireland!☔☔☔🍀
I guess it’s just that time of the year for most of us. Just cold and gloomy.
I'm trying to remember the last time there was some sort of heat wave over here, it's affected the plants over here, I have two cherry trees 14 years old, nought?🍒🍒? Various fruit plants also nought, for years, throwing a lot out, for compost....🌞wot's that?
Agree. Here there's so much fog, i feel like i went to hell
I live in the UP of Michigan. Won’t see the sun for months. This is the craziest weather I’ve seen. It was below zero with the wind chill a few days ago, next week in the 40s. In places they are putting restrictions on the roads for trucks that normally don’t happen until March. Hardly no snow here, there should be a couple feet by now.
It amazes me how lack of sunshine affects our mood and mental health. Vitamin D is supposed to help. My daughter bought me a happy light , that’s what she called it. It mimics the suns rays. IM trying it.
Yes, I m in that part of india where sun shines almost everyday in winter also. I m sending some ur way.hope u get some warmth
I hear you! I live in the US in Minnesota and the winter is so hard. I purchased a 10,000 lumen “happy light” that I sit in front of as I eat breakfast every morning. I also take 10,000 IU of vitamin D each day. Both of these help! Good luck to you!
Hey breath that fresh air out there in the am, at nite of its not to cold, get some grounding in, walk bare foot in the grass or dirt, don't cut ya feet on the rocks, but do this for 10 or 15 min, this let's you trade off neutrons and pick up some positive charged electrons, it helps circulation and will improve your mood. You get the benefit of a Lil exercise and great breathing while it calms your nerves as you witness the awesomeness of his creation, You and the universe. Cheers my friend
Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately it’s 25 degrees here. WAY too cold for bare feet😢. I could maybe bundle up and go for a little walk.
That would be awesome, I'd they're water or a pond by you? It's cold I know but bundle up and go there for a few, you'll love it,
Unfortunately no water near by😩
Is it safe to walk in the woods without bears or other beings that can carry you away🤣, if so just get a walk in.
I did get a walk in🙂👍🏻. No bears or other critters here. Unfortunately just the concrete jungle.
I feel you I loved in queens most of my youth till I was 19l, and the Army in many cities across the globe, Europe, Asia, south America but I always find my way to the water or the woods for a Lil solitude, make it Happen bro as often as you can, it's worth it. Cheers

It’s 26 degrees here in Michigan. Still no sun😢. Maybe later!?
Wow it's cold there . Stay warm and have a nice day sweetie.
I just went for a walk and froze! But the sun came out so I had to go!
So glad you got some fresh air and sun 🌞 ☀️

Just wait a wee while😊
Love that clip, thank you so much!
Same where I am! And it is 100% affecting my mood. I have a difficult time at this time of year anyways, but the dark gray skies day after day and rain which I do like to an extent is starting to take a toll. Hoping for some sunny days for you ahead!
sending you sunshine from South Carolina. Stay warm !
Wow - your post has certainly struck a chord with a lot of us! Like you, I HATE the cold, bad weather and gloomy days (which we seem to have all year round in the UK). I was lucky enough to be born in a hot country, and have never got used to the depressing weather over here. A bit of sun and warmth does help to lift my spirits. I must look into getting one of those lights, and taking more vitamin D. As far as going out for walks I'm too much of a wimp, but maybe that can be my New Year's resolution.
