Seeing beauty through our suffering in life
Wow. This is beautiful, Starrlight. If there is one sentiment that Is kind of an “ah hah!” for me it is “.....don’t wait until you have no more suffering before allowing yourself to be happy.” I understand it and I believe it. Now if I can just put it into practice..........

Great post Starrlight❤️ You found a treasure. I’m amazed you’re familiar with Thich Nhat Hanh. He’s the zen Buddhist from my country, one of the greatest enlightenment master. I wonder if you ever read one of his greatest book How to love: “ In a deep relationship, there’s no longer a boundary between you and the other person. You are her and she is you. Your suffering is her suffering. Your understanding of your own suffering helps your loved one to suffer less. Suffering and happiness are no longer individual matters. What happens to your loved one happens to you. What happens to you happens to your loved one.[…]
In true love, there’s no more separation or discrimination. His happiness is your happiness. Your suffering is his suffering. You can no longer say, “That’s your problem.” That’s the beauty in suffering. Much love and lights to you ☮️❤️🙏
