So I posted a bit ago and the comments were very sweet and nice. But one stood out it said to try exercising, so I did and every morning I always wake before my family so I started going on daily morning walks. Also what does it mean when you don't want you favorite person touching you my anxiety is at an all time high. But lately I've been feeling peaceful walking in the morning.

Strength and peace
I'm glad you found help here! ☺️
I'm distant from my anxiety too. Idk what the answer is.
I'm glad you found something peaceful to start your day. Always good to post. What works for someone else often helps. Not sure about not wanting to be touched. I don't like to be touched at times but for me it's usually because my fibromyalgia and back are causing me alot of pain. Any additional contact makes it worse.
Walking is, without reservation, my favorite medicine for anxiety and depression! There is a whole school of thought around mental health problems that suggest that the body is just dysregulated; the nervous system is over activated and you are in a flight or fight response, with all of the accompanying stress, tension, weird breathing, etc. Walking can help release stress, increase oxygenation (depressed people are shallow breathers), get the blood flowing, and so much more. I hope you keep it up! I wish I were an early riser and could get a walk in before the business of the day starts.
And, I know that when I have anxiety, some interactions/touching can just feel overstimulating. Your system is already on overdrive, and just needs grounding.
Enjoy your walks!
