I'm and have been stressed out and in dead ends. I feel so sick mentally and physically. I need support
Dearest ATC, I may not respond to your posts often because I can't find the
right words to direct and support you. But it doesn't mean I don't care...
My heart breaks for you knowing how you struggle each and every day finding
locked doors that don't allow you to break free. However, I admire your fortitude
in looking for ways to go forward and with that breaking this cycle of hopelessness
that you feel you are in right now.
I believe in you. Never give up on yourself. My heart goes out to you for an answer
to your struggles. With love xx
What can we do to support you? Tell us what would be helpful. As always, I have faith in you to find your path.
Hi there,
I know exactly what you are going through...I too had times when it was all too much.
However I am 61 and in great shape now.
I needed professional help so I reached out and it took a while but I recovered.
Avoid Alcohol etc if you can or at least in moderation. Set yourself a regime early to bed and early to rise
Exercise in a gym or walking outdoors.
Have you one friend that you can lean on for support?
Set a Goal that you can achieve. Like walking a mile...then two miles etc
I hope you recover... people do care.
Best of luck 👌🙂
Sounds like you have alot going on and you are exhausted. Do you have someone you can talk to, like a counselor, pastor, or close friend? If you are attending school you could see a counselor at the school to help you find ways to rest your mind and your body. Have you considered just writing down your concerns and then letting them go mentally? I know when I'm trying to go to sleep and things keep popping in my mind I won't go to sleep until I write them down. It lets me let go.
Have you ever seen a counselor? You spoke of trauma? I know trauma can weigh heavily on the soul until we deal with it. I've had counseling and I also have a relationship with my savior Jesus Christ. Without it, I don't think I'd still be here today.
Even if you don't have a friend to do things with, you can still go do things you enjoy. Even a walk can be helpful. Take care.
