When I'm under a lot of stress I get mild sensory OCD. For instance I pay attention to the experience of the self almost obsessively, it feels as if I was caged within myself. This should be an automatic process. I wonder if anyone else has experienced that? Any easy practical tips to manage that like focus on something else, etc 🙏🙏🙏it's super uncomfortable
