Venlafaxine /Effexor xl

Help! I am on 150mgs of Venlafaxine or Effexor xl capsules but i have to take out 2 little tablets because 126mgs suits me better. My Pharmacist keeps changing brand names which is messing with my moods. Now inside the capsules i am getting granules instead of tiny tablets. I have counted granules & taken out a sixth of them to get the equivalent of 126mgs.. Not sure this is correct. I told zpharmacist i need my original brand but he doesnt know what it id nor do i because i throw away my box. Does anyone know the brand name of Venlafaxine xl that comes in capsules with the 12 tiny tablets inside ? I need my sanity back even the pharmacist couldnt tell me. Thank you

Does your medical provider have a phone number where you can leave a message or talk to someone now? They may need to specifically write your prescription for a certain brand of medication to get that one dispensed to you as needed each time. I have a different medication where that was the case. I am sorry that you are in this situation. There was a delay with my pharmacy today too and it really does throw everything into worry for me. I hope someone is able to help you soon.

Thank you that is what i am trying to do but i am having no luck with the brand name yet. I live in the UK and they really dont give a shit here.

Venlafaxine , Morningside have the tablets inside the capsules. 6 inside 75 mg.

Manufacturer Morningside Pharmaceuticals 5, Pavillion Way , Loughborough, LE11 5 GW.

was on venlafaxine for around 12 years increasing to 225mg. Made no significant improvement. Tapered over 3 months and have now switched to sertraline . 25 mg and increased to 50 mg. Struggling. But early days

Thank you, I found out its Vensir. here. But I do understand about them not helping significantly, I don't have much help with them but I have tried so many and am too sensitive to others, so I have to make do.
