It sounds like you have been trying really hard. It is ok if this job is not a good fit for you. Your family may be disappointed, but they will get over it. You may be able to find a job that is much easier for you. It is ok if you have to quit. Don't be too hard on yourself. You did your best and that is all you can do. Take care of yourself.
Thank you, I’ve honestly been neglecting my health so much for this job. It’s been bad for my disability. I hope I can find anything, since I’m young it’s hard to find anyone who will give me a chance.
Please don't neglect your health for a job. Your health is the most important thing. You will find someone who will give you a chance. You will find another job. Take the time though to find one that is a good fit. Don't jump into another job that won't be good for you. Find ways to improve your health first.
Yah I’ll try my best. I honestly thought that the whole time, about my health, but that I needed to suck it up. It’s also just been hard for my anxiety, I keep pulling at my hair, etc to focus when anxious.
Why don't you speak to HR and tell him or her in confidence. Mental health issue is important and all standard organizations know it.You can take leave, get treated and join back. Take care.
The number in your handle indicates that you are 26 years old. You are still very young, and have plenty of time to find a job that you are good at and that you enjoy. There are many career surveys online that can help you find a job that is suited to you. It may take some time, but it will happen.
If you quit, you may have problems if you want to take them to court for discrimination. Have you asked for reasonable adjustments, such as a better chair or less lifting; whatever causes you most fatigue,
Are you in the UK? if you are then you are protected by the Equal Opportunities Act, also the Disability Act. If not then I'm unsure of the laws in your country.
Yah that’s why I’m trying to see if I can get better accommodations or, a job switch in the company. Something that’s better for my disability. I don’t live in the UK, but in the U.S. we have ADA which protects those with disabilities. I’m reaching back out about my accommodations and waiting to, see what happens.
