We should never underestimate the therapeutic power of nature, the combination of colourful flowers, trees, grass, leaves whispering in a gentle breeze, blue skies and white billowing clouds. Hence the phrase "You need to get out more!"

Because, like us growing from our messy dark places born from depression and anxiety, your little lily pad has had to cultivate itself from the decomposing muck and gunk from the bottom of the pond. Out of the darkness and death arises Life and beauty🌸 that which has not previously existed.

THAT is exciting and its an itty bitty reminder that miracles happen every single day. We get to witness them if we look closely enough, because they're surrounding us EVERYWHERE if we open our eyes and hearts to their beauty πŸ’ž

That was kinda poetic!

We are too long sighted in our search for beauty and even search for it in foreign lands when all along it was there under our noses waiting to be recognised in our own back gardens or local parks.

Well, it's your pond. Like parents of newborns, you can't help keep looking and being amazed. Keep doing it! Whatever it is.😊
