I have posted before seeking help on performance and social anxiety. Is there anyone who has used propranolol for performance anxiety like in public speaking? Did it help and what are the recommended dosages?

Hello yes I have and it helped me not feel the symptoms of anxiety , the racing heart, dry mouth! I took it for a few performances then I didn’t need it anymore!

I’m prescribed ER 60 mg capsules of propranolol as needed. Unfortunately, they don’t do much for me so I rarely take them. But I’ve heard about a lot of people who’ve had great success with it, so it’s definitely worth a try to see how you respond.

I use it for morning anxiety and it works really well. It really doesn't have any bad side effects.
