I take it when my heart starts beating really fast from panic/stress and it usually takes along time for it to kick in.

Do you take it as needed or is it on a schedule

As needed I don’t need it much but if I know I’ll be anxious at an appointment or long drive etc I’ll take one an hour beforehand so it will start taking affect I think in about an hour. It lowers the blood pressure and cuts down on fast heartbeat as a result of anxiety.

I take one each morning because my anxiety is always at it’s highest then. Then I take one when I feel I need it, for example if I’m going on a long drive or I’m going into a crowed area, just whenever my anxiety demands it I suppose. They do take time to take affect. Wishing you well

I tried it for anxiety but it didn't work for me, I also tried the extended release version for blood pressure with the same results. The only med that directly affected my anxiety was Klonopin but we are all different.
